🔄 Returns

1. Products (except food items) can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. ⚠️ Note: All pet food, treats, or opened consumables are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

💰 Refunds

1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (COD customers can request store credit).

🚚 Exchanges

1. Wrong or defective items can be exchanged free of cost.
2. For size/color/product exchanges, shipping charges may apply.
