At Talha Traders, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🔄 Returns
- Products (except food items) can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- ⚠️ Note: All pet food, treats, or opened consumables are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (COD customers can request store credit).
🚚 Exchanges
- Wrong or defective items can be exchanged free of cost.
- For size/color/product exchanges, shipping charges may apply.
Note:
Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be shipped back via courier to our designated address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and typically range around PKR 200. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
